# Plans and billing

**Start free in minutes, with no charge to approve.** As your store grows, upgrade to add the tools that bring customers back even more often: widgets that show credit on every page, referrals, and targeted campaigns.

Every plan is billed through Shopify, every 30 days. You can change or cancel anytime.

# How orders are counted

- **Every order counts**, not just orders that earn credit.
- **Your count starts when you turn on your cashback program.** Setting up doesn't use any orders.
- **The count resets every 30 days.**
- See your count anytime on the **Plans** page in Redeemly.

# What if I go over?

Free is built for getting started, with up to 50 orders every 30 days. When your store grows past that, it's time to upgrade.

- Over 50 orders, your Redeemly admin is locked until your next 30 days start. You can't change settings, see your analytics or manage customers.
- **Upgrade to unlock it straight away**, and get widgets, referrals and more to grow your sales.
- We email you at 40 orders, so you have time to choose a plan.

**Paid plans never lock.** Each extra order is just $0.20 ($0.10 on Scale), added to your Shopify bill.

# Changing plans

- **Upgrade:** go to **Plans** and choose a plan. It starts straight away.
- **Downgrade:** it starts at the end of your current 30 days, so you keep what you paid for. We show you exactly what will stop before you confirm.
- **Your settings are always saved.** Upgrade again and everything comes back as it was.
- **Your customers keep their credit.** Rewards already promised still pay out.

# Questions

**Do I need to approve a charge to start?**
No. Every store starts on Free.

**Is there a free trial?**
Yes. You get 14 days free the first time you choose a paid plan. One trial per store.

**Are there any other fees?**
No. Just your plan price, plus extra orders if you go over.

**How am I billed?**
On your normal Shopify bill, every 30 days.

**What if my paid plan is cancelled in Shopify?**
Your store moves to Free and we show a banner on your Dashboard. Your settings stay saved.

**Does Monster Cart give a discount?**
Yes. With Monster Cart installed, you get 10% off any paid plan (not extra orders).

**How do I cancel?**
Choose Free on the Plans page. To leave completely, uninstall the app. Your settings come back if you reinstall.

**I installed Redeemly before 3 November 2026. Does this change my price?**
