Setup instructions


Before you start

  • Make sure you are on Judge.me's Awesome plan
  • Make sure Shopify new customer accounts + store credit is enabled on your store.



Step 1. Connect Judge.me in Redeemly

  1. Open from Redeemly admin, go to Integrations
  2. Click Connect Judge.me and Redeemly




Step 2. Configure reward program

  1. Set the reward amount and settings
  • Amount (eg. $5)
  • Credit expiration (optional)
  1. Click Enable and save the integration




Step 3. Test the flow

  1. Submit a test review via Judge.me
  2. In Shopify, open the test customer account and confirm store credit was issued
  3. On your storefront, log in to the test customer account.
  4. Proceed to checkout to see if store credit is available.



How the integration works


Here is how the integration works once active in Redeemly


  1. Judge.me sends a review request email after order fulfillment
  2. The customer submits a review
  3. Redeemly deposits store credit into the customers Shopify account
  4. Redeemly notifies the customer they have received a credit via email notifications (Emails need to be setup in Redeemly)
  5. Customer uses the store credit at checkout before it expires



Things to consider

  • If you have verified reviews only selected. You will need to visit the customer email account to verify review before credit is issued
  • You may want to communicate your store credit offers using Judge.me email notifications


Troubleshooting

No credit issued

  • Make sure Judge.me is on the Awesome plan
  • Check that the integration in Redeemly is Connected/Enabled

Credit not visible at checkout

  • Confirm Shopify new customer accounts are enabled
  • Ensure the customer is logged in

Wrong amount issued

  • Double-check the reward amount in Redeemly’s Judge.me settings
