Can I hide store credit offers from specific customers (e.g., wholesale or staff)?


Yes! Redeemly lets you exclude specific customer types from seeing or receiving store credit offers — using Shopify customer tags and segments.

This is helpful if you want to hide offers from wholesalers, staff, or specific groups like influencers.

🔧 Steps to set it up:


  1. Go to your Shopify Admin > Customers.
  2. Find the customer you want to exclude and add a tag (e.g., wholesale).
  • 👉 Tip: You can also use Shopify Flow to automatically tag customer types.
  1. Go to Shopify > Customers > Segments.
  2. Click "Create segment".
  • Use the filter: Customer tagdoes not containwholesale (or your chosen tag).
  • Name it something like Non-wholesale customers.
  1. Open the Redeemly App > Storewide Program (or campaign).
  2. Scroll to "Specific Customer Segments" and select the segment you just created.
  3. Hit Save.


✅ Done! Now only eligible customers will see your offer.
